    Thanks for the advice Liam. I’ve seen a lot of diy trust deed’s.. Are these still legal and binding?

      Hi Mark, I understand a trust deed is just the wishes of the person setting up the trust and the instruction manual on how to use it. I don’t know why anyone would develop their own when rules change so often and the costs are so low to buy an off the shelf top class deed and updates are reasonable. For those who need special clauses for an unusual strategy I would still use a common deed as the base to avoid solicitor costs revising an One-off deed.
